Operated by the Morrisville Auxiliary Corporation, the Copper Turret provides a spectacular dining choice as part of your SUNY Morrisville meal plan — and also serves as a fantastic learning laboratory for our hospitality management and restaurant management programs.

The Copper Turret serve as teaching facilities for our students, providing them with real-world experiences in the industries of hospitality and food service. The restaurant offers a wireless classroom and learning kitchen.

The Copper Turret prides itself on a delicious and innovative menu, which always features fresh, local ingredients. The venue accepts meal payments through your meal plan, Dining Points, Campus Cash, cash, or a credit/debit card. You must be age 21 or over and provide proper ID to purchase alcohol.
