I have master's degrees from Binghamton University (2007) and University at Albany (2012). I've been teaching  at SUNY Morrisville since 2013. Before I began teaching I worked briefly as a NYS Certified Peace Officer at Broome County Security Division after retiring from the Binghamton, NY Police Department with 29 years of service.

Dr. Julanne Burton is an assistant professor of social science and coordinator of the Human Services Program and the Human Services Institute at SUNY Morrisville. She teaches courses in counseling, crisis intervention, leadership, psychology and death & dying. Prior to her work at Morrisville, Dr.

William A. Cesare Jr. is an Associate Professor of Applied Psychology at SUNY Morrisville.
