Dear Faculty and Staff,
All employees currently required to participate in weekly testing must continue do so this coming week, Dec. 20-21. There will be no testing during the week of Dec. 27, but testing will resume on Tuesday, Jan. 4, for all employees who are required to test.
Faculty and staff who are not required to test but who wish to participate in pooled saliva testing can do so by picking up a test from University Police, located on the first floor of Brooks Hall. The employee should self-administer the test, including the required questions found on the Clarifi COVID-19 testing registration app, and properly label the test with their first and last name as well as date of birth. Tests should be dropped off at University Police by 8 a.m. on Wednesday morning for inclusion in that week’s results.
In addition, all members of our community are reminded that, regardless of vaccination status, proper face coverings are required to be worn in all indoor spaces for the SUNY Morrisville, Norwich and Syracuse EOC campuses, unless actively eating or drinking. Face coverings remain one of the best protections we have against the spread of illness and it is critically important that all students, faculty and staff adhere to these protocols for everyone’s safety.
