Individual Studies A.S., A.A.S.

Students studying

Explore your possibilities.

When you enroll in individual studies at SUNY Morrisville, you start college on your own path — whether it’s an Associate in Science (A.S.) or Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree.

Designed to offer students flexibility in a variety of academic areas, each of the individual studies programs allow you to learn and grow while serving as guide to possible career paths. Our program advisors work with you every semester to build and update your course schedule, based on what’s working for you.

Along with required courses in writing, math and the physical and social sciences, there’s plenty of room for you to sample new areas of study from other academic programs on campus, helping you find your true calling in life.

Once you graduate, you will have a clear sense of where you want to go next, whether it’s immediately pursuing your newfound career or continuing your studies in one of SUNY Morrisville’s bachelor’s degree programs.
